Rolling Deposit Policy
at Advanced Aesthetic Clinic
Rolling Deposit – How It Works
We ask for a €50 rolling deposit when you book your laser treatment.
Here’s what that means:
Covers Your Consultation & Patch Test
This deposit pays for your first visit, where we check your skin and do a mandatory patch test.
The deposit cannot be refunded as cash, card, or gift voucher.
Your First Treatment
You must have your first laser session within 4 weeks of your consultation.
Rolling Deposit = Not Lost!
Your €50 stays with us and is not lost.
It will be used as payment for your final session in your treatment plan.
If You Cancel or Don’t Show Up
If you cancel too late (less than 3 days before) or don’t show up, we take the €50 to cover our time.
If you still want treatment, you’ll need to pay a new deposit.
Microblading / Semi-Permanent Makeup – Deposit Policy
We ask for a €100 deposit when booking your Semi-Permanent Makeup session.
Here’s how it works:
Deposit Applies to One Session
The €100 deposit is for one treatment session.
When to Pay
If booking in the clinic, the deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
If booking via email, you must pay within 72 hours using the payment link we send you.
If You Don’t Pay on Time
If we don’t receive your payment within 72 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
No Refunds
The deposit cannot be refunded as cash, card, or gift voucher.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- If you cancel late (less than 3 days / 72 hours before your appointment), we will keep the deposit.
- If you don’t show up without notice, the deposit will be used as a no-show fee.
