Rolling Deposit Policy

 at Advanced Aesthetic Clinic

1. General Rules:
   a. A deposit is required to confirm any booking.
   b. The deposit for laser treatments (€50) is rolling and will be deducted from the cost of your final session in the series.
   c. The deposit for Semi-Permanent Makeup is €100 and is non-rolling.
2. Booking and Cancellation:
   a. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of making a booking. Failure to pay will result in the appointment being canceled.
   b. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
   c. Appointments can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Application of the Deposit:
   a. The rolling deposit for laser treatments will be applied to the final session in the series.
   b. The deposit for Semi-Permanent Makeup applies to a single session and is non-refundable.
4. Exceptions:
   a. Clients who fail to follow our cancellation or punctuality policies may be required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings.
   b. In exceptional cases, such as illness supported by relevant documentation, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.
5. Deposit Payment:
   a. The payment link for deposits can be found on our website under the Appointment Service section.
   b. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of the above policy.
