1. Full Payment at Time of Booking

When using Klarna or any external financing provider, the full payment is received by our clinic at the time of transaction. This payment is considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Terms

Once your booking is confirmed and financed, the treatment is reserved specifically for you. Refunds will not be granted simply because financing terms are cancelled or reversed by the client or the financing company.

This includes:

Cancellation of financing by the client.
Missed or failed payments.
Customer-initiated disputes with Klarna.
