Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment and ensure we can dedicate our time and resources to you, a €100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Important: Unpaid appointments will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours to allow us to offer the time to other clients.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.

🧴 Pre-Treatment Skincare (Prep)
In the weeks leading up to your PicoSure Pro procedure, the goal is to strengthen your skin barrier and avoid irritation .
A healthy barrier recovers faster and handles treatment better.
Stop Actives:
Discontinue retinol, retinoids (like AlphaRet), AHAs, BHAs, and strong exfoliants at least 1 week before your appointment . These increase sensitivity.
Boost Hydration:
Use a rich, barrier-supporting moisturizer.
TRIO Rebalancing Moisture Treatment is excellent here. It uses ceramides, cholesterol, and hyaluronic acid to intensely hydrate and fortify the skin barrier
Antioxidant Protection:
Using a potent antioxidant serum helps defend against free radicals and supports skin resilience.
Alto Advanced Defense and Repair Serum contains 17+ antioxidants (including Vitamins C and E) and is a good option, but confirm with our Therapist if you should pause it a few days before treatment.
