Important Allergy Information

A small number of individuals may exhibit allergic reactions to hair colors. In very rare cases, these reactions can be severe. To minimize the risk of an allergic reaction, it is crucial to perform a skin sensitivity test. This test should be conducted 48-72 hours before first application to determine if there is an allergy or sensitivity to the product or if one has developed since the last use.

How We Perform the Skin Sensitivity Test

We apply a small amount of the product to a small area on the inner bend of the elbow or behind the ear. You need to allow it to dry and leave it uncovered for a few hours. Then, clean the area thoroughly.

If any irritation occurs during this time, we regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with the treatment.
